Science week

This week it is science week in School. This afternoon we investigated which design made our paper aeroplanes fly the furthest. Some us made holes in our planes wings, change the plane’s body or change its nose. Can you remember why we only changed one thing on our plane? After we had made our design, we then had a competition to see which one would fly the furthest.

Making Dreamcatchers

In Topic this week we have been making Dreamcatchers, which have been traditionally used to catch good dreams and remove bad dreams. Did you know that the Dreamcatcher is round to represent there being no beginning or end to our experiences of dreams?

On Monday, we had a special assembly where we thought about Wellbeing, what it is and how we can look after our own wellbeing at Home and in School. We also made Wellbeing Paper Chains to decorate our School Hall to celebrate the importance of reflecting and talking abut our feelings. What do you do to look after your wellbeing?
